A 3D warehouse digital twin for logistics teams that need spatial inventory visibility, faster warehouse state review, and clearer operations dashboards.

// THE PROBLEM

Warehouse teams need more than tables when they are trying to understand physical space, stock movement, and operational bottlenecks. Static dashboards hide location context, make it harder to explain floor activity, and slow down decisions when managers need to see where inventory and work are concentrated.

// THE SOLUTION

I built a 3D digital twin interface for warehouse visibility, combining spatial visualization with operational data so teams can inspect locations, understand state, and navigate complex warehouse information visually. The architecture is relevant for logistics automation systems, WMS extensions, and internal tools that need to translate operational records into a spatial interface.
