SRM IMS (Incident Management System) is an enterprise mobile application developed by Kaliits and deployed exclusively for authorized organizations. The application is not available to the general public and is restricted to verified employees or agents of contracted entities.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users. This policy applies to all data processed through the SRM IMS application on Android devices.
This application does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

Within your organization: Incident data is visible to authorized personnel within your organization as defined by your administrator.

Service continuity: Infrastructure providers (hosting, database) may process data solely to operate the application under strict data processing agreements.
Data is retained for as long as the organization's contract with Kaliits is active. Upon contract termination, data is deleted or exported in full within 30 days upon request from the organization's designated administrator.
Individual user account data is removed promptly upon deactivation by an administrator.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure credential storage, access control mechanisms, and regular security reviews.
No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify the relevant organization administrator within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.
As a user of SRM IMS, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your personal account data, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.

SRM IMS is an enterprise application intended exclusively for use by adults in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18. Access is restricted to verified employees of contracted organizations.
